Marco has been working with Chemex for the past 5 years, has a vast experience in customer service and the customer always comes first.

Born in Italy, Marco moved to Wales 20 years ago when he met his wife, when in Italy he has done several jobs, from a record store manager. He is an avid reader and a music collector. He also has an A level in photography, a passion that always had since he was a child and working with Chemex gives him the opportunity to develop this passion around the beautiful landscapes of Wales.

Working in Wales it is not just about great customers but is also working in an area of outstanding beauty and the combination of the two makes the day very enjoyable.
