James Tyler has been operating as a Chemex Expert for local independent businesses since 2018, in partnership with his wife Nikki Tyler. Your local area they cover which they know and love, covers the historic bustling towns and breath-taking countryside villages in the surrounding areas of Tunbridge Wells to the north of their area, down to Eastbourne and Lewes in the South.

Both James and Nikki have experience in the hospitality and catering industry, while James has a long, wider industry history of experience in Consultancy. This lends itself perfectly to their relationship understanding of and deep attention to their customers’ needs; for hotels, restaurants, pubs, care homes, schools, ambulance services, food manufacturers, gyms and many other independent local businesses, that have a focus on a keeping environments clean and hygienic environment.

They have built and maintained an excellent customer base, with whom the trust and dedication which their customers had in their service and Chemex products upon moving to Chemex, has continued to be delivered upon every bi-weekly free delivery and service visit. All personally serviced by James with the support of Nikki.
